"#text": "<p>Le contrat <strong>Responsabilité Civile Chasse</strong> a pour objet de garantir l’assuré, titulaire d’un permis de chasse, contre les conséquences pécuniaires qu’il pourrait encourir en raison :</p>\n<ul>\n<li>d’accidents corporels occasionnés par un acte de chasse ou de destruction d’animaux malfaisants ou nuisibles prévus par le Dahir sur la police de la chasse du 21 juillet ou les dahirs ou arrêtés qui l’ont complété ou modifié.</li>\n<li>d’accidents corporels occasionnés par une arme à feu non prohibée au cours ou à l’occasion de la chasse, depuis le moment où l’assuré a quitté sa résidence habituelle pour se rendre sur les lieux de chasse jusqu’à son retour, dans la mesure où ces accidents ne sont pas couverts par la garantie du premier point.</li>\n<li>d’accidents corporels occasionnés par le nettoyage, au domicile de l’assuré, d’une arme à feu constituant un engin de chasse non prohibé.</li>\n<li>d’accidents causés aux animaux ou biens d’autrui survenus dans les conditions prévues dans le premier, deuxième et troisième point.</li>\n</ul>\n",
